Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the United States.
How long does my order take to ship?
It generally will take between 5-10 business days for you to receive your order. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
What is *Insured* shipping?
By selecting a shipping option that is *Insured*, the customer will be protected against lost or stolen orders. If the customer's order is lost or stolen resulting in non-delivery after 90 days from the order placement date, we will fully refund the price of the order or re-ship the order at no additional cost.
Can I change my address after my order is placed?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address.

Can I pay in my local currency?
We currently only accept US Currency. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Paypal.When will I get my tracking number?
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 3 business days). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 5-7 business days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org after the estimated delivery time.

What is the lens power range of the Perfect Dial Vision glasses?
The range of adjustment is between -6 and +3 Diopters.
How do you clean the Perfect Dial Vision glasses?
Use a lens cloth dampened with lens solution or soapy water to clean lenses. Dry lenses by rubbing lenses gently with a clean soft cloth (do not use tissue). Do not submerge lenses in liquid.
Are the Perfect Dial Vision glasses a substitute for normal power glasses?
Dial-a-Vision glasses are not meant to replace prescription eyewear or examinations by eye care professionals, and should not be used for high-risk tasks, driving or operating heavy machinery. Perfect Dial Vision glasses are only intended for short-term wear.
Do the Perfect Dial Vision glasses correct astigmatism?
Perfect Dial Vision glasses do NOT correct astigmatism. They are intended for presbyopia, far and near sightedness only.
How is this hidden camera powered?
This hidden camera is AC powered, which means you can plug it into a wall outlet, surge protector, extension cord, etc.
How easy is it to set up this camera?
Setting up this camera is simple - it's ready to go out of the box, just plug it into an outlet to start recording.
What recording mode does this camera use?
This camera features loop recording, meaning it will start and continue recording whenever plugged into a power outlet.
What is the viewing angle like for this camera?
The camera features an 80 degree wide angle view.
How much video can this device hold?
The 8GB of internal memory can hold up to about 2 to 3 hours of video & the 32GB can hold up to about 6 to 7 hours of video.
Is the memory expandable?
Because the memory is built in, it cannot be expanded, such as with an additional memory card.
What is "auto overwrite" mode?
If the internal memory fills up, the auto overwrite or "loop recording" feature will automatically overwrite the oldest files so you won't miss a thing.
Where is the ideal location to use this camera?
The camera lens looks straight out, so a counter-height outlet is ideal, however you can also plug it into an extension cord, which will allow you to adjust the viewing angle.
Can I view the video live on my smartphone?
This is not a live view camera, so to view the video, you need to connect the camera to your computer to view the files.
Is this hidden camera Mac compatible?
Yes it is - you can play back the hidden camera videos on both PC and Mac computers.
Does the video have a time/date stamp on it?
Yes it does - so you'll be able to see exactly when your videos are recorded.
