Where do you ship?

We currently ship worldwide, but our warehouses are located in the United States. Delivery times outside of the United States can take between 10-30 business days.

How long does my order take to ship?

It generally will take between 5-10 business days for you to receive your order. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If your order is outside of the United States it could take between 10-30 business days to receive your order.

What is *Insured* shipping?

By selecting a shipping option that is *Insured*, the customer will be protected against lost or stolen orders. If the customer's order is lost or stolen resulting in non-delivery after 90 days from the order placement date, we will fully refund the price of the order or re-ship the order at no additional cost.

Can I change my address after my order is placed?

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at support@ellux.com within 48 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address.

Can I change my order after my order is placed?

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order details once the order has been made. If you decide you need to change a detail about your order, please write to us at support@ellux.com within 48 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to make the change, you can return your order to us once you've received it. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address.

Can I pay in my local currency?

We currently only accept US Currency. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

When will I get my tracking number?

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 3 business days). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 5-7 business days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us at support@ellux.com after the estimated delivery time.
