Shipping Policy
YES, WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!
It will take 1-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Wednesday or Thursday). You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
International Orders: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 3-5 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as Brazil, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands and Romania. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.
Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the customer's responsibility to pay these. We cannot determine the duty fees for country to country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 3 business days). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 5-7 business days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at support@ellux.com within 48 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address.
If the order is lost due to the incorrect shipping information that the customer has provided, then the customer will have two (2) options:
- We can re-ship another product to the customer, and they will be responsible for the shipping cost (dependant on shipping method) + processing fees ($4.99USD) for the new order.
- We can refund the customer for the value of the order minus the shipping cost (dependant on shipping method) + processing fees ($4.99USD).
ORDER MODIFICATION DISCLAIMER

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order details once the order has been made. If you decide you need to change a detail about your order, please write to us at support@ellux.com within 48 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it's too late for our team to make the change, you can return your order to us once you've received it. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address.
DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact your local post office in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
RETURN TO SENDER
Orders are returned to our warehouse for the following reasons:
- Incorrect shipping details
- Customer failure to pick-up order from post office
- Customer failure to receive delivery at shipping address
If the order is returned to us for any of the above reasons, then the customer will have two (2) options:
- We can re-ship another product to the customer, and they will be responsible for the shipping cost (dependant on shipping method) + processing fees ($4.99USD) for the new order.
- We can refund the customer for the value of the order minus the shipping cost (dependant on shipping method) + processing fees ($4.99USD).
*INSURED* SHIPPING
By selecting a shipping option that is *Insured*, the customer will be protected against lost or stolen orders. If the customer's order is lost or stolen resulting in non-delivery after 90 days from the order placement date, we will fully refund the price of the order or re-ship the order at no additional cost.
