1.DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY OR EXCHANGE POLICY?


Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unused products. If you're unhappy for any reason please give us at 1-877-658-1577 or email us at support@ellux.com.


2. FOR WHAT REASONS CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND?

We are more than happy to accommodate returns on products unused within 90 days of delivery. We believe every company should have hassle free returns. 


3. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?


You must contact us first at (support@ellux.com) or call us at 1-877-658-1577.

All Ellux products must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defective in any way or a return will not be issued.  

4. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?


You are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Ellux will not be responsible for lost returns.

Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you.

5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?


A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the products are in original condition.

Refunds will not be issued until the order has not been received ninety (90) days after the order was placed. Once the 90th day has been reached, we will initiate the refund process, or re-send the order. This choice will be that of the customer.
