Bought the flashlight as a gift and it never worked. Won't turn on. Worthless.
Never worked, Never charged. You deleted my previous review because it was negative, so I'll do it on Amazon, Google, Yelp and about twenty other review sites. I can even automate it with a script, so that it appears on hundreds of sites.
You should have just done the right thing and replaced my product instead of trying to hide the truth.
Didn't work out of the box. Tried charging overnight (yes, I removed the insulator, as the instructions indicated), but it never charged and no indicators ever flashed. I tried two times more, with different USB chargers (that are known to work), and it is still not working.
I wanted to give the company a chance to make it right, and called the toll free number. Received voice mail and left a message with my call-back number. Never heard back.
I LOVE this flashlight!!! It is a good weight, the length of the beam is amazing and just what they advertised. The options with the light -- so varied.
Not as big as I thought it would be which is kind of a plus, as it is easier to put in a pocket.
